Anaphylaxis Management

The Anaphylaxis Management course teaches candidates how to recognise a casualty with anaphylaxis and provide first aid to an unresponsive casualty.

This 4-hour Anaphylaxis Management training is available as a standalone course or can be added to one of RLSS UK’s other first aid qualifications. After completing an RLSS UK Anaphylaxis Management course, candidates receive a Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis.

RLSS UK’s Anaphylaxis Management course was created in partnership with the Anaphylaxis UK, the only UK-wide charity solely focussed on supporting people at risk of severe allergic reactions. They empower people living with severe allergies to be more confidently in control of their lives and provide information and support to patients and their families and carers.

RLSS UK’s Anaphylaxis Management is CIMSPA endorsed, which means it has been quality-assured by CIMSPA. RLSS UK is an active member of the First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum (FAAOF) whose remit is to collaborate on best practice and maintain quality to ensure the integrity and currency of regulated qualifications.

The Anaphylaxis Management is regulated by Ofqual, Qualifications Wales and CCEA in Northern Ireland.
